Please include the following information in your email:

• Title of the work
• Name of the artist or maker
• Date of the work
• One or more images of the work
• Dimensions of the work (in centimetres)
• Materials used
• A short description of the condition of the work
• Insurance value of the work
• Provenance of the work

Each work offered to the museum is assessed individually. We consider several factors, such as how well it fits with and adds to the existing collection, as well as its condition. We aim to let you know within one month whether the work can be accepted into the collection and under what conditions.
