Charitable donations to a cultural organisation with ANBI status, such as museum van Bommel van Dam, are tax-deductible for businesses. There is no minimum donation amount for limited companies, but there is a maximum. Donations are deductible up to 50% of the company’s profit, with an overall maximum of €100,000. You may also benefit from an additional deduction: the deductible amount is increased by 50%, up to a maximum extra amount of €2,500 per year.
For example, if your company donates €3,000 to a cultural ANBI, you may deduct €4,500 (€3,000 x 1.5).
