Loans
Stichting Museum van Bommel van Dam believes it is important to give everyone the opportunity to experience modern and contemporary art. That is why we present our collection in as many ways as possible. One of these is through loans, allowing other museums and organisations to display works from our collection.
Loan request procedure
Please send us your request at least six months before the works are due to go on display. Written requests can be sent to:

Requests by email can be sent to: collectie@vanbommelvandam.nl
Please include the following information in your request:
- Name and contact details of the requesting organisation
- Name and contact details of the contact person
- Exhibition title and dates
- Reason for the request
- List of requested objects and, if possible, their object numbers
- Facility report
- Climate information for the exhibition space
After receiving your request, we will do our best to give you a decision on the loan request within one month.
Costs
Stichting Museum van Bommel van Dam does not charge a loan fee. We also do not charge for preparing condition reports or packing works from our collection.
Please note that you may need to cover the costs of:
- Transport by an approved art transport company
- Insurance of the works during transport and while on display
- Any restoration or conservation work that may be required
- Any courier costs
These costs may vary depending on the request.
